Kokiu laikotarpiu įgyvendinti projektai tinkami konkursui „PR Impact Awards 2019“?

Nuo 2019 m. gegužės 1 d. iki 2020 m. balandžio 30 d.

Ar ribojamas paraiškų pateikimo kiekis?

Ne. Galite pateikti neribotą skaičių paraiškų. Kiekvienos paraiškos pateikimas kainuoja.

Ar galima tą pačią paraišką pateikti į kelias kategorijas?

Taip.

Kuo skiriasi „Project Impact“ nuo „Communication Results“?

Skiltyje „Project impact“ rašoma, kokį socialinį poveikį komunikacijos projektas turėjo visuomenėje. Skiltyje „Results“ rašomi komunikacijos veiksmų rezultatai, pvz. 30 paminėjimų žiniasklaidoje, 5 renginiai su 2000 dalyvių, 3000 išaugęs FB draugų skaičius ir pan.

Jeigu nedarėme tyrimų prieš ir po komunikacijos kampanijos, kaip galime pateikti duomenis apie poveikį?

Tyrimai prieš ir po kampanijos nėra būtini. Pasirinkite savo kriterijus, aprašykite komisijos nariams, kokiais kriterijais remiatės, ir pagal juos apibūdinkite, kokį jūs patys matote/jaučiate poveikį/pokytį.

Taisyklėse rašoma, kad užsakovas ir vykdytojai turi susitarti tarpusavyje, kuris teikia paraišką. Ar būtina organizatoriams pateikti raštišką mūsų susitarimą?

Ne. Tiesiog susitarkite tarpusavyje.

Ką – užsakovą ar agentūrą – rašyti pirmame žingsnyje „Information about the applicant“?

Rašykite tą, kuris teikia paraišką (prieš tai tarpusavyje susitarkite, kas teiks).

Ar apdovanojimas pagaminamas dviem egzemplioriais – užsakovui ir įgyvendinusiai įmonei?

Organizatoriai pagamins vieną apdovanojimą – teikėjui, nurodytam pirmame paraiškos žingsnyje. Už papildomą mokestį organizatoriai galės pagaminti ir antrą tokį patį apdovanojimą.

Ar prezentaciją reikia paruošti jau iki gegužės 10 d. (3 žingsnis paraiškoje)?

Ne. Prezentaciją, kurią naudosite gyvo pristatymo metu, atsiųskite iki birželio 9 d. 17 val. adresu info@rsva.lt, kaip nurodyta konkurso taisyklėse. Pateikdami paraišką 3-iame žingsnyje pridėkite vaizdinės medžiagos, kuria norite iliustruoti savo projekto aprašymą.

Ką daryti, jei paraiškos apmokėjimas mūsų organizacijoje gali užtrukti?

When the projects eligible for applying in ‘PR Impact Awards 2020’ must be implemented?

The applications can be submitted for the projects implemented May 1^st, 2019 – April 30^th, 2020.

Is the number of applications limited?

No, an unlimited number of applications can be submitted. However, please, note, that every single application is subject to a separate application fee.

Is it allowed to submit the same application in several categories?

Yes, it is allowed.

What is the final hour on May 10^th to submit an application?

Applications must be submitted before 11:59 PM, May 10^th.

When the payment for an application is due: May 10^th, or later?

Good question! It is important to make a payment before 11:59 PM, May 10^th. We advise to request a written pre-payment invoice here: https://tickets.paysera.com/en/event/pr-impact-awards-2020

Will it be allowed to review the application after submitting?

No. We strongly advise to go through all the fields of the application before filling them. The procedure is here: https://primpactawards.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Application-Procedure.pdf

What is the difference between ‘Project Impact’ and ‘Communication Results’?

‘Project impact’ is meant to reveal project’s social impact on society. ‘Results’ are for mentioning particular results after actions of communication, f.e. number of mentions in the media, number of events with number of participants, growth numbers of social media followers, and so on.

In case we did not measure the results before/after the project, how do we submit data on the impact?

It is not required to present particular measurements before/after the campaign. You can choose your own criteria, describe them to the Jury, and then apply to specify the impact/change you have determined/feel you have reached.

The Rules require that a client and project implementers decide among themselves which one of them submits the application. Is a written consent needed?

No. You just have to decide among yourselves.

Which has to be mentioned in the application: the Client or the Agency?

The one submitting the application! As mentioned above, you have to come to an agreement among yourselves on who submits an application.

Does the award come in two copies – the client and the Agency?

Hosts will present a single copy of an award to an applicant. However, upon request a second item will be available later for an additional fee (covering the expenses).

Should the presentation be prepared before May 10^th (Step 3 of the application)?

No. The slides should be sent before 5:00 PM June 9^th to info@rsva.lt and used during the live presentations of the projects as it is mentioned in the Rules of the Competition. Step 3 is dedicated for visuals helping to describe a project.

What do we do if payment might be delayed in our organization?

You should request a pre-payment invoice immediately:
