Submission Fees and Application Deadlines

Payment for applications should be made to:

Payment for early applications is made by bank transfer:

Later, it will be possible to pay directly in the system and receive an invoice immediately, or to independently issue a proforma invoice. If your organization has internal purchasing procedures, you can send an inquiry or a letter of guarantee.

⚠️ Important: Applications can be submitted and paid for later, but only until the deadline of the specific stage. If applications are uploaded but not paid for on time, the currently applicable (higher) price for that period will apply to them.

After submitting the application, it is mandatory to send an email to info@primpactawards.com indicating the specific applications submitted (category, project title, applicant), and attach a copy of the payment confirmation.

If this information is not provided by the deadline, the application will be rejected.

Application Deadlines and Submission Fees:

If you submit 3 or more late applications (from a single applicant), the price is €200 per application.
