Aive Hiiepuu

Aive Hiiepuu is a partner and managing director at PR Concept, an experienced PR and communications consultancy based in Estonia. With over two decades in the industry and more than 200 projects under her direction, she is known for crafting meaningful strategies across social, commercial, and public sectors.
She served for 10 years as President of the Estonian Public Relations Association, helping to develop ethical and professional standards for the field. Her award-winning campaigns have covered public awareness, consumer outreach, and reputation management. Internationally, she has worked with the EU Advisory Group to Armenia to design a national pension reform awareness programme.
Aive is a board member of SOS Children’s Villages Estonia and has served on the council of Tallinn University’s Institute of Communication. She also shares her expertise as a visiting lecturer at the Estonian Business School.
Holding degrees in philology and international relations, Aive is passionate about cultural diversity – a passion that has taken her to over 90 countries and led to the publication of a travel book.
