Deadlines and fees

Applications can be submitted by the following deadlines (2026 information):

Early submission: from 2026 04 13  to 2026 04 19 11:59 PM.

Regular submission: from 2026 04 20 to 2026 04 26 11:59 PM. 

Late submission: from 2026 04 27 to 2026 05 04 11:59 PM.

Submission prices vary depending on the deadline:

From 2026-04-13 to 2026-04-19 (11:59 PM) – €170.

From 2026-04-20 to 2026-04-26 (11:59 PM) – €200.

From 2026-04-27 to 2026-05-04 (11:59 PM) – €250.

If you submit 3 or more late applications (from a single applicant), the price is €200 per application.

Payment for applications

Payment for early applications is made by bank transfer:

• Recipient: Komunikacijos industrijos asociacija

• Bank account No.: LT87 7300 0101 1973 0925, Swedbank

• Payment details: “PR Impact Awards 2026” applications

Later, it will be possible to pay directly in the system and receive an invoice immediately, or to independently issue a proforma invoice. If your organization has internal purchasing procedures, you can send an inquiry or a letter of guarantee.

⚠️ Important: Applications can be submitted and paid for later, but only until the deadline of the specific stage. If applications are uploaded but not paid for on time, the currently applicable (higher) price for that period will apply to them.
