The annual “PR Impact Awards 2017” event will gather Public Relations professionals from around the Baltic Sea region to Vilnius on May 5th. The conference is going to look at the economy of relations and the increasing influence of PR, and the best PR projects of the year are going to be awarded in 12 categories. The event is organized by the Lithuanian Public Relations Specialists’ Association and the Lithuanian Association of Public Relations Agencies.
“We are happy to welcome PR professionals to the “PR Impact Awards 2017” conference for the fourth time and to invite them to submit their projects for the awards. This year’s novelty is the event’s internationality. We invite PR agencies and professionals from around the Baltic Sea region to submit their applications, which will be judged by an international jury. In addition to that, a few international European speakers will be sharing their insights at the conference. It is going to be a great opportunity to get to know what is important to our foreign colleagues, how competitive we are, and to clarify the strengths and weaknesses of the Lithuanian PR projects”, says Lina Jakučionienė, Chairwoman of the Lithuanian Public Relations Specialists’ Association.
The event is going to consist of three major parts: the conference, the presentation of the shortlisted PR projects, and the Awards Ceremony.
“It is not a secret that “PR Impact Awards” has already become the most important event focusing on the PR market in Lithuania. This year we are making sure that the “PR Impact Awards 2017” provide a unique environment for PR professionals from around the region to share their expertise”, says Kęstutis Gečas, Chairman of the Lithuanian Association of Public Relations Agencies.
The award applications are open for submission until April 10th. They are going to be evaluated by an international jury, consisting of members from Lithuania, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Denmark, Russia and other countries.
The applicants are welcome to submit their PR and Communications projects in the following categories: Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Integrated Communications Campaign, Public Sector Communications, NGOs Communications, Crisis Communications, Social Responsibility Project, Internal Communications, Event, Campaign is Social Networks, Consistent Administration in Social Networks.
The agency that receives the highest number of awards will be titled “the PR Agency of the Year”.
